Black Medium-Thick Super Glue

Starbond KBL-500 Black Medium-Thick CA Glue is a flexible, rubber-reinforced super glue that cures to a jet-black finish. Engineered for impact resistance and shock absorption, this adhesive expands and contracts with its environment — making it perfect for reconing speakers, repairing hobby R/C car tires, woodturning inlays, and other heavy-duty applications. It’s also excellent for concealing imperfections, filling dark voids, and highlighting features in spalted or dark wood. Once cured, KBL-500 can be sanded and polished to a high-gloss finish without cracking, even in flexible materials.

Properties:

• Viscosity: 500 cPs (similar to syrup)

• Penetration: Up to 0.008"

• Bonding Time: 40–60 seconds

• Drying Time (without accelerator): 1–3 minutes

• Drying Time (with accelerator): 15–20 seconds
